Northwest Counseling Solutions, PLLC, focuses on building solutions that meet the needs of your business and its employees. NCS offers a range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to assist at every level of the organization.

For Employees and Families
An EAP gives employees and their family members access to professional counseling services that can help resolve problems affecting life at work, school or home. Through an EAP, employers give employees and their family members up to three free counseling sessons at NCS. Employers purchase these services as a benefit to their employees, content and use of the service remains confidential. Employees access their benefit directly through NCS. A counselor is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To assist employees who need additional care, NCS contracts with most insurance companies.

Workplace Consultations
NCS consultation services support a healthy workplace environment. As part of an organized EAP, businesses have access to services including: critical incidence debriefing (in case of employee death, reduction in force, accidents or other traumatic events), stress reduction, personal conflict, termination assistance, Federal Department of Transportation evaluations, DUI and chemical dependency assessments and recommendations.

Workshops/Training
Through NCS workshops and trainings, businesses can help employees gain resources and skills that benefit the organization as a whole. NCS provides supervision for state and national licensure and offers on-site workshops and training on stress management, conflict resolution, communication skills, and mental health topics
